Urea chemistry reagents, R1: 60ml×2 R2: 15ml×2

A two-reagent, liquid-stable kit for the determination of urea in serum, plasma, or urine. The coupled urease–glutamate dehydrogenase (GLDH) reaction with NADH provides a sensitive, kinetic UV measurement that is highly specific for urea nitrogen. The formulation is manufactured with controlled enzyme activity and buffer composition for consistent lot-to-lot performance and on-board stability on open-channel chemistry analyzers. Ready-to-use liquid reagents remove preparation steps from the routine workflow. Supplied with R1 (60 mL × 2) and R2 (15 mL × 2).
