Tube format — Lyophilized reagents in individual tubes. Add sample and run. Best for labs running fewer than 20 samples per batch.

PCR Kit FAQ
Our lyophilized master mixes are stable at room temperature for shipping. Once received, store at recommended temperature per the kit insert. The lyophilized format eliminates freeze-thaw degradation.
Kits contain 96 or 100 reactions depending on the panel and format. Pre-plated formats are 96 reactions (one full plate). Tube formats come in 95 or 100 reactions.
Our qPCR detection panels are designated Research Use Only (RUO). They are not FDA 510(k) cleared for clinical diagnostic use. Contact us for detailed regulatory information on specific panels.
Most panels are available in a universal format compatible with standard qPCR instruments. We also offer platform-specific versions optimized for QuantStudio and Bio-Rad CFX systems.
Supported sample types vary by panel. Respiratory panels work with nasopharyngeal swabs. UTI panels use urine specimens. Wound panels accept wound swabs. Consult the kit insert for complete specimen compatibility.
