Triglycerides chemistry reagents, R1: 60ml×2 R2: 15ml×2

A liquid-stable, two-reagent kit for the determination of triglycerides in serum or plasma using the enzymatic GPO-PAP method. Lipase, glycerol kinase, glycerol phosphate oxidase, and peroxidase are coupled to produce a stable quinone-imine dye proportional to triglyceride concentration. The formulation is optimized for linearity and minimal interference from free glycerol, bilirubin, and hemoglobin. Ready-to-use liquid reagents simplify day-to-day handling at the bench. Supplied with R1 (60 mL × 2) and R2 (15 mL × 2).
