Terms of service

 

ACCEPTANCE

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions applicable to your ("you", “the buyer,” or "the customer") purchase from Filtrous Corp ("we," "us," "our," or "the seller") for goods and services. By accepting delivery of the products purchased, the customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply unless the customer has signed a separate purchase agreement with Filtrous Corp, in which case the separate agreement shall govern. Filtrous reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders are not binding until accepted by the seller. Filtrous Corp reserves the right to accept or decline the buyer’s order request for any reason. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by a separate agreement, the seller does not accept orders from buyers who intend to resell the products.

 

CANCELLATION

The buyer may not cancel an order unless such cancellation is agreed to in writing by the seller. Buyer may not cancel this order unless such cancellation is agreed to in writing by the seller. In such an event, the buyer will be advised of the total charge for such cancellation. Such charges include, but are not limited to, storage and shipping costs, costs of producing materials, costs of purchasing non returnable materials, cancellation costs imposed on the seller by its material suppliers, and any other cost resulting from cancellation of this order.

 

PAYMENT

Payment methods on Filtrous Corp website include credit card transactions and purchase orders. The accepted credit cards include Visa and MasterCard. Payment methods are effective March. 1, 2018 and are subject to change without notice. Purchase orders will be due net30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the seller and the customer. If the buyer’s credit has not been established, Filtrous Corp reserves the right to perform a credit audit of the buyers prior to order placement. 

 

PRICING

Prices shown are in US Dollars. Taxes and shipping charges are additional. Due to potential human errors, some products may be incorrectly priced on the seller’s website, product catalog, or quotes. All orders are subject to review and revision prior to shipping, and the purchaser will be notified of any price discrepancies found. The customer’s sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel the order and obtain a refund. Please call or email for current pricing if this information is required. At the time of order placement, the customer should reference its quote number. The seller will attempt to provide accurate pricing and product information. The seller does not, however, warrant that any product, service, description, imagery, or other information is free or error.

 

WARRANTIES

Filtrous Corp will honor and facilitate all equipment warranties with the manufacturer according to their terms and conditions. all equipment warranties with the manufacturer according to their terms and conditions. This warranty is limited to the original purchase of the product and is not transferable. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall the seller, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, counsel, and assigns be liable for any damages or injury whether direct, indirect, punitive, or incidental that results from this agreement or any information, content, or products obtained from the seller. 

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and terminates all other prior commitments, arrangements, or understandings, both oral and written, between the parties with respect thereto. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except by an instrument in writing executed by each of the parties.
