A two-reagent, liquid-stable kit for the determination of total bilirubin in serum or plasma using the vanadate oxidation (VOx) method. Vanadate-based chemistry offers excellent specificity and linear performance on open-channel chemistry analyzers, with reduced interference from common matrix components. The kit is manufactured with stringent raw-material and lot-release controls to support reliable calibration stability and reproducible results. The reagent is packaged in ready-to-use liquid form for convenient day-to-day handling. Supplied with R1 (60 mL × 2) and R2 (15 mL × 2).
