A single-reagent UV kit for the determination of inorganic phosphate in serum, plasma, or urine using the phosphomolybdate method. Phosphate ions react with ammonium molybdate under acidic conditions to form a phosphomolybdate complex measured at 340 nm. Each lot is validated for linearity, sample-to-reagent ratio robustness, and calibration stability across the measuring range. Ready-to-use liquid reagents reduce handling steps at the bench.
