A homogeneous, two-reagent direct kit for the determination of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum or plasma. The select-inhibition formulation suppresses reactivity of non-HDL particles (VLDL, LDL, chylomicrons) so that only HDL-cholesterol is released to the CHOD-PAP enzymatic system. Each lot is validated for linearity, calibration stability, and performance against reference methods. The direct-assay design eliminates manual precipitation steps, streamlining on-board workflow. Supplied with R1 (60 mL × 2) and R2 (15 mL × 2).
