Hemoglobin A1C chemistry reagents, R1: 60ml×1 R2: 20ml×1

A complete, latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric system for the determination of hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in whole blood, with results reportable in %HbA1c and/or mmol/mol. Whole-blood samples are lysed by the supplied hemolysin, and anti-HbA1c antibody–coated latex particles agglutinate in proportion to HbA1c concentration for measurement on standard chemistry analyzers. The calibration set is designed to support NGSP- and IFCC-reportable results on open-channel platforms. The kit ships as a complete reagent, calibration, and control package for out-of-the-box deployment. Supplied with R1 (60 mL × 1), R2 (20 mL × 1), hemolysin (60 mL × 2), calibrators (4 × 0.5 mL), and controls (2 × 0.5 mL).
