A two-reagent, liquid-stable kit for the determination of glucose in serum or plasma using the hexokinase (HK) method. Glucose is phosphorylated by hexokinase and coupled to glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase with NAD(P) to generate a UV signal proportional to glucose concentration. The hexokinase approach provides high specificity and minimal interference from hemolysis, bilirubin, and common drugs. Each lot is quality-tested for linearity and calibration stability across a wide measuring range. Supplied with R1 (60 mL × 2) and R2 (15 mL × 2).
