Creatine Kinsase chemistry reagents, R1: 60ml×2 R2: 15ml×2

A two-reagent, liquid-stable kit for the determination of total creatine kinase (CK) activity in serum or plasma using an NAC-activated formulation. The kit provides sensitive UV kinetic measurement through CK-catalyzed phosphocreatine–ADP conversion coupled to hexokinase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. Each lot is validated for enzyme activity, linearity, and calibration stability on open-channel chemistry analyzers. Ready-to-use liquid reagents remove preparation steps from daily operation. Supplied with R1 (60 mL × 2) and R2 (15 mL × 2).
