A liquid-stable, two-reagent kit for the determination of total cholesterol in serum or plasma using the enzymatic CHOD-PAP method. Cholesterol esters are hydrolyzed, oxidized, and coupled through peroxidase to form a stable quinone-imine dye proportional to cholesterol concentration. Each lot is validated for linearity, calibration stability, and minimal interference from common endogenous substances. The reagent is packaged in ready-to-use liquid form for direct on-board loading. Supplied with R1 (60 mL × 2) and R2 (15 mL × 2).
