A single-reagent colorimetric kit for the determination of total calcium in serum or plasma using the Arsenazo III method. Arsenazo III forms a stable colored complex with Ca²⁺ read at approximately 650 nm, providing good sensitivity and low magnesium interference compared with o-cresolphthalein chemistries. Each lot is validated for linearity and calibration performance on standard chemistry analyzers. The ready-to-use liquid format eliminates reagent preparation time at the bench. Supplied with R (60 mL × 1).
