Alkaline phosphatase chemistry reagents, R1: 60ml×2 R2: 15ml×2

A liquid-stable, two-reagent kit for the determination of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity in serum or plasma. The formulation uses p-nitrophenyl phosphate (NPP) as substrate with a 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) buffer system for kinetic measurement on open-channel and semi-automated chemistry analyzers. Each lot is quality-tested for linearity, calibration performance, and on-board stability. The reagent is packaged in ready-to-use liquid form, minimizing preparation time at the bench. Supplied with R1 (60 mL × 2) and R2 (15 mL × 2).
