A single-reagent colorimetric kit for the determination of albumin in serum or plasma. The classic bromocresol green (BCG) method produces a stable blue-green complex proportional to albumin concentration, measurable at approximately 600 nm on standard chemistry analyzers. The formulation is optimized for linearity across a wide measuring range with robust resistance to common interferents. Liquid-stable reagent packaging allows immediate on-board use without reconstitution. Supplied with R (60 mL × 2).
