50X TAE Buffer, pH 8.0, 1L

A standard electrophoresis buffer for agarose gel separation of DNA and RNA in molecular biology applications. TAE provides excellent resolution for large DNA fragments and supports efficient separation of linear and supercoiled DNA. Unlike TBE, this buffer is compatible with downstream enzymatic reactions such as ligation and cloning without purification. Suitable for both analytical and preparative gel electrophoresis at a range of agarose concentrations. Ready-to-use formulation ensures consistent ionic strength and pH for reproducible results.
