We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

To inquire about international orders, contact us at sales@filtrous.com with details about the item you would like to order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based.

Return

Returns are offered within the contiguous United States. Return requests must be made within 14 business days of the date you receive your products. Requests after this period will be denied. 

You may return or exchange most new, unopened items for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error i.e., you received an incorrect item.

Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All returns or exchanges must be approved by operations team. After approval, an RMA number will be issued for the return/exchange. Refunds will be issued after the item is received into inventory and inspected. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

*Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the infectious nature of the virus, PPE products such as face masks (3-ply and KN95), gloves, lab goggles, coveralls, and hairnets are not subject to return or exchange.
