Prepare
Add your sample to the lysis buffer plate. Pre-plated users peel and pipette. Bottled users pipette reagents manually.

Load & Run
Place plates on your automation platform and start the program, or run manually with a magnetic rack.

Collect
Remove the elution plate containing purified DNA/RNA. Proceed directly to PCR or store at –80 °C.
