    How many patient samples can I do in a single run?

    96 Well Plate: 15 Patient Samples (assuming you are running 2 sets of positive and negative controls)
    384 Well Plate: 72 Patient Samples (assuming you are running 2 sets of positive and negative controls and filling all the plate wells)

    What is the stability of the prepared PCR plate? Am I able to store it in a freezer after making the reaction?

    It is best to prepare your plate and reagents as needed and not to let it sit at room temperature for extended periods of time. You should avoid storing the PCR reaction if possible; if it is needed store the PCR reaction at -20°C for up to 30 minutes.
